    The Story of His Birth

Ganesha, a deity, is referred to as the remover of barriers and as the son of Shiva, the Hindu god of the steadily moving, and his consort the goddess Parvathi. A number of myths depict the occurrence of his birth and how he obtained the elephant head. The myths that are applicable to different areas, faiths, and clans are not the same. The beginning of the scripture regarding the emergence of Ganesha depicts the goddess Parvathi, who was by herself and desperately searching for somebody to give her love. In this manner, she creates a child from the two elements of clay and ghee (clarified butter), and gives him life while Shiva is sitting in deep meditation on the Mount Kailash peak.

To the day when Parvathi will bathe and ask her son to keep a lookout. When she gets into the bath, there enters Shiva who glimpses the young boy who had not known before. The infuriated son secured the head and went to Parvathi. With time, Shiva finally realized what he had done. He looked around and found an elephant than to whom he put the head and gave him the name ‘‘Ganesha” or "the lord of the elephants.” He further decided that he will always be worshiped first during any ritual and would be the first to be worshipped to remove obstacles. Ganesha is the one who is on the head of art's patron.

Earlier, Ganesha Chathurthi would have been celebrated in temples and homes only but now temples and home are not the only places that one can worship Lord Ganesha. In the last few years, Ganesha Chathurthi is not only celebrated in temples and homes but also online. To follow a certain faith now, worship procedures are not limited to performing rituals and worship ceremonies via apps, social media ports, and sites. Given below are the links that explain how the ritual celebration happens in the virtual space and website, the which provides information regarding ritual celebration.
